Winchester/Fairfield Expedition - Camping

[After a long day of traveling over the hilly, grassy grounds of Nostos after a quick trip in the TARDIS, the sun is slowly starting to inch its way down to the horizon, the light catching on the clouds and making quite a spectacular sunset view. It's time to halt the traveling and rest the animals, get those tents pitched and crack out the canned foods. You're pretty deep into the Dead Zone, now, and stretched before you are rolling plains, with the only foliage being the golden grasses and some shrubbery. The air seems quite a bit warmer than it was in Paradisa as well. It is not an empty plains, though; buffalo roam the area, generally pretty tranquil as they graze on the grasses, sometimes lifting their heads to look curiously at the residents. Well. If they had eyes, that is.]

It's the boombox the Doctor gave me - the Eleventh, I mean. I'm wirin' the crystals to it so I can still do my thing once 10 o'clock rolls around. [he looks up at her and grins] I can't guarantee it'll last too long, but I might be able to get a few tunes out've her.

Where'd you get the crystals, by the way?

They're mine and Nora's - oh, and the Doc left me his when he left. The Eleventh, not the one we got back. I was thinking of maybe tryin' to take another trip to Mineas Well to find some more, sometime ...

[When she hears mention of Mineas Well, her eyes light up.]

Really? Me too! Not that I actually have any crystals. [Yet.]

Yeah? You know anyone else who'd wanna go?

[She shakes her head.]

Not off the top of my head. I know York was interested in learning more about the crystals, but I don't think he was planning on making a trip out there.

Okay. Maybe you an' me an' Nora can go, sometime, then. Chell, too.

Sounds good to me. Let's aim for sooner rather than later then. You never know when something'll interrupt our plans around here.
