Terre Haute Expedition: Paradisa Town

[After a long few days of traveling, the expedition team has reached past it's halfway point! And as such, they decide to make rest at a place that had once been the target of a previous expedition:]


Paradisa Town
Note: Talking Animal People and Actually Happy Once-ler Not Included

[A small cutesy village that once served as a world change location, it has now been abandoned of all it's previous residents. Though it's condition hardly looks like a place that hasn't been lived in for years- instead it has the condition that everyone just stepped out for awhile. There are more than enough small houses to fit everyone, so it's a nice break from sleeping on the ground (for some anyway). It's also a good place to stock up if you're one of those explorers that forgot things such as food and spare clothing. That is, if you don't mind peaches and fish and really gaudy clothing.]

[She's a baby, not an idiot. She smiles and grins, showing off her very sharp teeth as she nods]

Poach! [Or rather, "Thank you very much, sir. It would be a far more delicious dinner than just peaches.]

You got a plastic bag or maybe a bucket for a couple of these?

She thinks for a moment before rummaging in her bag. Finally she grins, victoriously pulling a plastic bag from the depths]

Ici! [which roughly translates to "Here! I do have one."]

[York chuckles and takes a couple of the smaller fish to put into the bag.]

Here you go. Don't eat them all at once.

[Once they're safely in the bag she'll roll the opening closed and tuck it into her shoulder bag. She doesn't want to risk the fish getting all over the other items in her bag, you know.

With that she smiles]

[He reaches over to see if she'll let him muss her hair and then grin.]

[She giggles. She may not have much hair to muss but the gesture isn't unwelcome. After all of their unfortunate adventures it was welcome to be treated as just a kid again.]
