Let's go, shall we?

They seem to be on a path that wraps around the side of a large, rather impressive building. The architecture is all old-fashioned, and far above them they can see the remains of balconies and windows. Once upon a time, this area might have been a walkway or something, but now it's all cracked and screwed up and destroyed. They're just going to have to make their way through the rubble best they can.

[Eh, she doesn't see why not. So, she holds out her journal toward Gwaine. On the "Northern" half of the page are notes on their journey with estimated distances of travel in her small, tight handwriting. On the "Southern" half is a second set of handwriting with a smaller map, but a great deal of notes on a possible train.]

The place is a lot bigger than we expected.

[He studies them for a moment. He points to the notes on the train.] What is that?

A friend of mine got dropped South of the bridge. Found some interesting stuff, too.

Hopefully he had an easier way. [He shakes his head.] A lava-crossing octopus. I've seen some strange creatures, but that has to be the strangest.

[Almost grinning.] Can't say our way was boring, at least.

[He laughs.] Certainly not. At least we had that much in our favor.

[Carolina picks herself up from where she'd been sitting in order to stretch.]

At the cost of being sore, I'm alright with that.
