They seem to be on a path that wraps around the side of a large, rather impressive building. The architecture is all old-fashioned, and far above them they can see the remains of balconies and windows. Once upon a time, this area might have been a walkway or something, but now it's all cracked and screwed up and destroyed. They're just going to have to make their way through the rubble best they can.

[When did that tentacle get there? He stares at the tentacle wrapped around the offending sonic screwdriver, wrenching it out of his grasp. He tries, unsuccessfully, to snatch it back. The tentacle rises up, ready to smash over his head and drive him under]

[Is that a cry of distress? Suddenly, Eleven will hear a very distinct battle cry (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gncqw7X6gMU") and see a certain warrior princess flying through the air, coming down on the tentacle with her sword.]

[Eleven looks up at that cry, watching Xena in amazement as she cuts the end of the tentacle clean off. He cries out as he watches tentacle and screwdriver go flying. He shoves off, diving to the side with his arm outstretched.]

HA!

[He neatly catches the screwdriver (and tentacle... ew). Holding it up, victoriously, he grins at Xena]

Thanks for that! Whoa! [His eyes get wide as he sees the tentacles flailing a little. This seems as good a time as any to start swimming as quickly as possible to the other side]

[When he makes it to the other side and starts climbing up he waves at Nico]

[Nico just... looks a little stunned, because a warrior princess kind of came flying out of nowhere right as he was about to go kick some octopus butt - and probably drown trying. He waves back half-heartedly and puts his sword away.]
